• Provides affordable immigration legal services, such as assisting with N-400 Naturalization Application, I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, I-130, I-485, and I-821D.

• Conducts proactive screenings for additional immigration benefits eligibility, including asylum, VAWA, and cancellation of removal.

• Refers clients to qualified service providers when their cases fall beyond its capabilities.

• Offers affordable legal assistance in areas such as family immigration, asylum, removal defense, citizenship, and visas for survivors of crimes and human trafficking.

• Provides legal representation and consultation to help clients navigate the complex immigration system.

• Offers case management services to help clients access healthcare, education, and other community resources.

Asian Services in Action (ASIA), Inc. provides a wide range of services to support and empower Asian American and Pacific Islander communities as well as other immigrant and refugee populations in Northeast Ohio. Services and activities provided by ASIA include:

• Offers English language instruction, including ESL classes to help non-native speakers improve their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

• Prepares individuals for the U.S. citizenship test, including English language skills and knowledge of U.S. history and government.

• Provides educational support and tutoring for school-aged children to help them succeed academically.

• Encourages literacy and learning within families by offering programs that parents and children can participate in together.

• Helps newcomers understand and navigate the cultural and societal norms of the United States.
